I saw the trailer, I liked it, it made me curious of the book so I finally borrowed it. I have never read the book at all, lol. And it's actually good. Well, it's sort of expected from an award-winning book. I'm curious how the movie's gonna turn out because there's not really much in the book imo, but I'll see later. I'm not gonna start to dissect the book, though :D + The Big Bang Theory - A smart and hilarious series. It keeps me laughing throughout each episodes. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! ;) + Nurse Jackie - It's also a good series. I don't know how realistic this is since I'm not a nurse (yet, lol) but I don't really care - I enjoy watching this. I didn't know Edie Falco before this series because I never watched The Sopranos but I just might later. + Better Off Ted - I just started watching the Pilot episode today and I like it already. Portia De Rossi is in it. I like her, she seems like a cool person. I've never seen her acting before, though, this is my first time. I still like her, lol. + Bleach - I'm re-watching it from the very first episode. I watched it because of my brother before and I skipped a lot of episodes so that's why I'll just re-watch it again. Don't know if I'll be able to finish it this summer. + Avatar : The Last Airbender - I guess that's the right title? Cause I vaguely remember that people would call it Ang or something. Huh. Maybe it's just me. I'm not sure if I could finish this one too. + Triple - The only Korean drama I'm watching atm. I really like it because it's not over-the-top or over-exaggerated or super intense or tear-jerking. It does have some 'WTH?' moments for me, for example : the length that Hyun Tae goes to to pursue Su In. It's basically almost like stalking. But overall I enjoy watching it (otherwise I'd stopped watching it since the beginning) and I also like the soundtrack. And if you go to dbsg comm in LJ and read the post about fandom, you'll know what I'm talking about right now. It's like serious shit over there. Like, it intrigues me but at the same time, it's one of those things I'll never understand. It's, like, chillax, you know. I guess I'm just too nonchalant and too laid-back to do something like that. I don't even know them personally, can't I just support them by buying their albums and going to their concerts? Entertainment business can be so fucked up sometimes. Way too complicated for someone like me, unfortunately. |
